Carter Gets Gilded Rocket - Admits to being Arab Stooge
"The most important single foreign policy goal in my life has been to bring peace to Israel, and peace and justice to Israel's neighbors."
As seen in follow up attempts to communicate the views of Israelis who wanted to have him review his statements and position, the official policy of Carter and his Center appears to be, in fact, that Israelis and Jews are only at times allowed to be seen, and rarely to be heard.
The Carter Center website makes hollow claims, such as that it is guided by principle of being "nonpartisan and act(ing) as a neutral in dispute resolution activities."
Nonsense. the Carter Center, and the activities of Former President James Carter, substantially funded by Arab League governments and entities, are anti-Israel, hatemongering, Pro-Saudi stooges.
Facts:
I. Carter is a long time Ford Foundation subsidiary. Carter Center website admits that he has received over $1 million from Ford Foundation. Ford Foundation agrees.
II. Carter Center website admits to having received more then $1 Million from noxious Arab sources, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Bin Ladin family. [List below]
III. No Communication channels allowed with Israeli Citizens: Carter Center refused to speak with Representative of Israeli Citizens.
IV. No petitioning allowed at Carter Center: Their email system automatically rejects messages sent to multiple parties.
----------------
I. Carter is a long time Ford Foundation subsidiary.
Ford Foundation Annual Reports, years 2000 - 2006, showed donations of at least $886,315.00 to Carter Center. Note that FF continually changes it website around, and makes information unavailable to searches. Large endowments do not currently show up.
The largest grant found in the current search is this very disturbing one from 2003:
http://www.fordfound.org/pdfs/impact/ar2003.pdf
2003 Annual Report -
- online page 93, hard copy page 90:
Carter Center, Inc. (Atlanta,GA) $600,000
For the Conflict Resolution Program.
---
What was done with the funds? The Carter Center says that he was a major player in brokering the destruction of Jerusalem and the Pogrom Gush Katif, both of which are specifically described - per Arab League desire - in the blatantly anti-democratic "Geneva Accord".
-------------------
2003 - Dec. 1: Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and the Carter Center's Conflict Resolution Program Director Matthew Hodes attend the signing of the Geneva Accord, an unofficial peace accord outlining a path to peace in the Middle East.
Sept. 17: Egyptian, Israeli, and U.S. negotiators who forged the Camp David Accords join former U.S. President Jimmy Carter in Washington, D.C., on the 25th anniversary of the peace agreement to discuss lessons learned for peacemaking and how they can be applied to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict today.
Feb. 19-23: President and Mrs. Carter host the 11th annual Winter Weekend at Snowbird Mountain Resort, Utah, including an auction raising $1.1 million to support the Carter Center's work to advance peace and health worldwide.
------------------------
More recent activities include:
---------
2007 - May 4: Carter Center opens field office Ramallah in support of peace for Israel, justice for the Palestinians, and the emergence of a viable, democratic Palestinian state.
-----
What is meant by Conflict Resolution is a euphemism for finding only minimally violent ways to tear the land of Israel away from the Jewish people and Jewish Nation, as desired by the Arab League.
We see this in the current week, to our horror, with Carter going to meet with Hamas, Syria, and other enemies of Israel and the Jewish people. Why does he do this? Ask the Arab League and Ford Foundation funders why they so instructed him. Carter Center: Product of Ford.
The other located 2003 grants were smaller, mainly to support trips to Cuba and China.
It is impossible to look at Ford's fy 2003 anti-Israel and anti-Judaism hatemongering, without
noticing this blatant attempt at money laundering to evade the US Senate investigation on Ford's well publicized wrong doing against Israel:
=====
10 Oct 2003
Ford Foundation and New Israel Fund announce $20 million fund for grant making in Israel
=====
Each of the NIF programs, virtually all being Ford Foundation subsidiaries, along with NIF itself, has an obvious intent to cause problems and diminish the internal cohesion of Israel as a state, and of the Jewish people as a nation.
This year, Ford gave NIF, its biggest anti-Israel subsidiary, an additional $20,000,000, which is directly and causally related to the intensified anti-Israel activities seen at the current time. Ford Foundation is trying to "go in for the kill".
Another Ford subsidiary with close Carter ties is the Aspen Institute:
[FY 2003]
Aspen Institute, Inc. (Washington, DC) $300,000
For the Ethical Globalization Initiative, a project to advance the integration of human rights into
the process of globalization.
Aspen Institute, Inc. (Washington, DC) $85,000
To hold a seminar for U.S. federal and state court judges on the application of international human rights law in national courts.
Aspen Institute, Inc. (Washington, DC) $241,000
For the Communications and Society Program to organize two meetings of U.S. and Arab media practitioners.
----
Also located in this fy 2003 Ford search were other well known subversive, anti-Israel and anti-Judaism subsidiaries such as:
Brit Tzedek v’Shalom (Chicago, IL) $150,000
For educational activities in the United States on ways to promote Israel-Palestine peace.
Jewish Fund for Justice, Inc. (NewYork,NY) $200,000
For the Funder’s Collaborative on Youth Organizing to promote and provide resources for youth organizing eorts to achieve social change across the country.
-------
This is a short list of the Ford subsidiaries granted in fy 2003, which have names starting with the oxymoronic, non-existent "nation" title "Palestinian". One can see how they have been planning the seizure of East Jerusalem, and other Jewish property and rights, for many years:
Palestinian Center for Policy Survey Research (West Bank), 104
Palestinian Diaspora and Refugee Center (SHAML) (Israel), 78
Palestinian Hydrology Group for Water and Environmental Resources Development (East Jerusalem), 78
Palestinian Independent Commission for Citizen’s Rights (West Bank), 78
Palestinian Vision Association (East Jerusalem), 52
Palestine Consultancy Group (East Jerusalem), 104
----
It is well documented that virtually every Ford funded "Palestinian" subsidiary has supported and aided terrorists and terrorism; or was created with the intent to legitimize the deprivation of human and civil rights of Israelis and Jews, such as in supporting in the lawless seizure of lawfully owned property, including the water supply.
These activities cannot rationally be equated with serving "Justice", nor with "peacemaking".
---------------- Note: Below is an extensive listing of Ford Foundation subsidiaries from fy 2003. Once more we see how costly it is to even attempt to turn the world against Israel and the Jewish people. despite Ford and the Arab League's enormous expenditures, the US citizenry continues to stand firmly behind Israel and the Jewish Nation.
En masse, Ford's "Palestinian" subsidiaries refused to sign the mandated Anti-Terrorism funding agreements, with Ford's agreement. Ford itself did not sign for many years after the law was implemented. The US Senate, Finance Committee, had been investigating Ford, but the investigation was quashed by Ford's players.
To date, requests to see these obviously nonexistent agreements have been denied.
Challenge to produce them remains in full force and effect.
-----
II. Carter Center received more then $1 Million each from numerous Arab League, anti-Israel and anti-Judaism sources.
Carter Center Website Annual Reports include a page which states:

III. No Communication channels allowed with Israeli Citizens: Carter Center refused to speak with Representative of Israeli Citizens.
Carter Center bemoans lack of communication with terrorists, but will not allow for an open channel of communication with Israeli Citizens.
On Monday, April 14, the Carter Center was called, on request of Israeli citizens who were upset by Carter's statements and activities in Israel. The call was made to the "Office of Public Information" - which to the Arab League means "Office of Propaganda":
Media Contacts THE OFFICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATIONDEANNA CONGILEO Director, Public Information Press Secretary to President and Mrs. Carter E-mail: Deanna Congileo cjsylve@emory.edu
---
The caller was told that the Carter's Press Secretary, Deanna Congileo, was not available, and no promise was given that any message of any type would be brought to her attention, nor to anyone at all, ever.
Invitation was made to participate in submitting requests to 2 forms of waste baskets:
1. Carter Center Call in line.
2. Carter Center general mailbox.
Carter Center personnel - Mr. Calvin Sylvester, assistant to Ms. Congileo - refused to process and direct for a response the phone call. When told that being required to submit the request to the "circular file" indicated a lack of concern for democratic values and Israelis, he hung up the phone on the caller.
Dialogue with real stake holders? Carter flunks the pro-citizen involvement and democracy test.
Grade is A for supporting Arab League tyrants.
----------
IV. No petitioning allowed at Carter Center.
No FAX number was located on the Carter Center site, therein greatly decreasing options for making requests, or being heard without an invitation. Mr. Sylvester, assistant to carter's Press Secretary, had not given instructions to send an email to even his own email address:
cjsylve@emory.edu - found on the Carter Center site. - Nor to the other real people's email addresses, all found on the Carter Center Website:
-----------
EMILY STAUB Associate Director, Public Information Press liaison to the Health Programs (404) 420-5126 E-mail: Emily.Staub@emory.edu
DEBORAH HAKES Coordinator, Media Relations Peace Programs(404) 420-5124 E-mail: dhakes@emory.edu
MERYL BAILEY Coordinator, Media Relations Health Programs(404) 420-5129 E-mail: http://us.f516.mail.yahoo.com/ym/Compose?To=meryl.bailey@emory.edu
---
In a brazen attempt to open a line of communication and dialogue, an Email was sent to these email addresses, along with a vain attempt to send one direct to Ms. Congileo.
The Subject was:
To Israeli Programs & Citizens - Re - Carter Statements & attempt to Discuss with Carter Center
This was the heading:
VIA THE CARTER CENTER
Carter Center Refuses Open Channel of Communication with Israelis -
- Does he only speak with terrorists?
The emails landed in the Carter Center trash bin.
The return "message" was as follows, - in fact it has been received 3 times - indicating that petitioning to Carter Center personnel is viewed as tantamount to spam, a decidedly anti-Democracy attitude:

--- Sure seems like a dead end. ------- ---------------- It seems that Carter Center wants us to be absolutely certain that there is no acceptable way to feed in information, or alternative views.
Rather dictatorial, no?
Fortunately, another email address was used, with a revised subject:
To Israeli Programs & Citizens - Re - Carter Statements & [Failed] Attempt to Discuss with Carter Center
--- It is known that the message was received, but not responded to, by:

------
In conclusion, we must all agree that the Carter Center is nothing more then an anti-democracy, pro-tyranny mouth piece for harmful and hateful Arab League propaganda.
===============
Content of Email received, but not responded to, by Press Secretary to anti-Democracy, pro-Tyranny, Former President, James Carter:
-------------
As requested, I have attempted to make contact with Carter Center personnel on the phone, in the hopes of bringing your concerns to them, and thus directly to him, while he is visiting your country and making the hurtful statements as discussed, such as:
==========
"The most important single foreign policy goal in my life has been to bring peace to Israel, and peace and justice to Israel's neighbors.
===========
The current interaction has validated the concern that what is meant by "peace to Israel" is to silence Israelis and Jews, and to deprive us of our human and civil rights; which he seems to think is serving "justice".
I have just had the phone hung up on me by Calvin Sylvester, assistant to his Press Secretary, Donna Congileo.
I have been told that Ms. Congileo cannot be reached, and that my sole options are to either leave a message at the Carter Center general email box, or to leave a comment on the Carter Center general comments phone line. (The above email addresses were located on line, and not offered.) In either of these two cases, I will not receive a response from a person, and neither will lead to a person being assigned to have the concerns addressed. Thus, we were invited to participate in the black hole, aka wastebasket. Shortly before Mr. Sylvester hung up on me, I commented that the refusal to grant access to a person to work with us was rather undemocratic. This did not seem to be of concern. This seems to leave us to conclude that Former Pres. Carter did mean what he said as quoted, and that he does not, as it has appeared, have any concerns for "Justice" when it comes to Israel, Israelis and Jews; but that he does care about what he calls "Justice" for those who, without prevocation, kill the very Jews who have been kindly and graciously sustaining and feeding them for decades.
I would hope - but not expect - that someone from the Carter Center might respond to this note, and open a channel of communication with the man who currently seeks an open channel of communication even with terrorists who murder Jews - HAMAS and Syria, but apparently refuses to allow this same open channel of communication with Jews and Israeli citizens. I have attached below, for the benefit of Former President Carter, a link for one of many examples of how many people view his activities. Front Page Magazine has an article entitled: Carter's Terror Tour.
Carter's Terror Tour - By: Jacob Laksin The worst ex-president reaches out to Hamas.

Rice Wants Another $400 Million for PA
(IsraelNN.com) American Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said Monday she will ask Congress to approve another $400 million in aid for the Palestinian Authority (PA). "The United States is making unprecedented efforts to enlarge opportunities for the PA," she told an Aspen Institute conference in Washington. Secretary Rice maintained that "extraordinarily trying circumstances" have bred violence and terrorism.
The economy in the PA began to boom after the area was restored to Israel in 1967, and violence was rare until Yasser Arafat began orchestrated the first Intifada in the late 1980s. Last year, Congress approved only $50 million aid for the PA. In addition, special aid was approved for training PA forces, but several Congressmen have expressed concern that arms and money will end up in the hands of terrorists.
